Lt. Gen. Charles “Tuna” Moore, Advisor
Retired Lt. Gen. Charles “Tuna” Moore Jr. is the former Deputy Commander, U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOMM). Moore retired from the Air Force in fall 2022 after serving as deputy commander of U.S. Cyber Command for two years. Prior to this position, Lt. Gen. Moore served as the Director of Operations, U.S. Cyber Command.
USCYBERCOM directs, synchronizes, and coordinates cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. Moore, who hails from Charleston, S.C., is a graduate of the United States Air Force academy and has been an F-16 fighter pilot, instructor pilot, weapons officer, and forward air controller and instructor, with more than 3,000 hours in the F-16 and more than 640 hours of combat time.
